Welcome to the services operated by Hundred Core ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), including but not limited to:

• Moonlit Oracle (moonlitoracle.com) — AI-powered tarot and fortune-telling
• NyanQuest (nyanquest.com) — AI tabletop role-playing game
• Other mobile applications published under Hundred Core

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. AI-Generated Content

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Entertainment only: All AI-generated content (tarot readings, fortune interpretations, TRPG narratives, etc.) is provided for entertainment purposes only.
• No professional advice: AI-generated content does not constitute medical, financial, legal, psychological, or any other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on AI-generated content.
• No guarantees of accuracy: AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.
• AI disclosure: Content generated by AI in our Services is labeled as such, in compliance with applicable laws including the Korean AI Basic Act.
• Your inputs: You are responsible for the content you provide as input to AI features. Do not submit illegal, harmful, or personally sensitive information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our Services without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use our Services to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Resell or redistribute our Services or AI-generated content for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to bypass any usage limits, content filters, or safety mechanisms

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Services

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and features vary by Service and are displayed at the point of purchase.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or through in-app purchase mechanisms provided by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). All transactions are subject to the respective payment processor's terms.

5.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or the relevant app store.

5.4 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the payment platform through which the purchase was made:

• App Store / Google Play: Subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
• Web purchases (Lemon Squeezy): Refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design) are owned by Hundred Core and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or provide through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing our Services.

6.3 AI-Generated Output

AI-generated content produced in response to your inputs may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not claim AI-generated outputs as solely human-created work where disclosure is required by law.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• Our Services will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNDRED CORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hundred Core, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

• You may stop using our Services at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hundred Core regarding our Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
