These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moonlit Oracle mobile application ("App") operated by Hundred Core ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Moonlit Oracle is an AI-powered entertainment application that provides tarot readings (4 spreads), daily fortunes, palm readings (Vision AI), elemental profile analyses (Saju/Four Pillars), dream interpretation, compatibility readings, and AI chat through three animated AI character personas (Nox the Oracle, Selene the Velvet Witch, Nova the Cosmic Chaos Agent). The App supports 12 languages and is available on iOS and Android platforms.

2. Entertainment Disclaimer

All content provided by the App is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended strictly for entertainment purposes. The App does not provide and should not be construed as providing:

Medical, psychological, or health advice
Financial, investment, or legal advice
Professional counseling of any kind
Scientifically validated predictions or assessments

You acknowledge that AI-generated readings are fictional narratives created for entertainment and should not be relied upon for any decision-making. If you are experiencing distress, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
Misrepresent the App's AI-generated content as professional advice to others

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to character designs (Nox, Selene, Nova), animations, UI/UX design, tarot card illustrations, share card templates, text, and graphics, is the property of Hundred Core and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may share AI-generated reading results (via the App's built-in Share Card feature, rendered at 1080×1920 resolution) for personal, non-commercial use on social media and messaging platforms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written consent.

5.1 Hundred Core Unified Account

The App supports optional sign-in via Google through the Hundred Core unified account system. This account may be shared across other Hundred Core applications. By signing in, you agree to:

Allow your email address to be used for cross-app account linking
Allow reading history and preferences to be backed up to cloud storage
You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time by contacting us

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). Ad content is determined by the ad network and is not controlled or endorsed by us. You may remove ads through an in-app purchase.

8. AI & Camera Usage

AI Processing: Readings are generated by sending anonymized text prompts to third-party AI providers. No personal identifiers are included in these prompts.
Camera Access: The palm reading feature requires camera access. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored, uploaded, or shared. Camera access can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

9. Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the App
Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
Change AI models or providers used for generating content

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hundred Core and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
