Action Core ("we", "our", "the app") is developed by Hundred Core. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Information We Collect

Account: Anonymous authentication ID (no email or name required).
Automations: Trigger settings, persona choices, and task prompts you create.
Usage: Monthly run count for enforcing free/pro limits.
Device Token: FCM push notification token for delivering results.

2. How We Use Your Data

To run your automations and deliver AI-generated results via push notification or email.
To manage your subscription tier and usage limits.
To improve app performance and fix bugs.

3. AI Processing

Your task prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) via OpenRouter for text generation. These providers process your prompts according to their own privacy policies. We do not store AI-generated outputs on our servers beyond delivering them to you.

4. Data Storage

Local: Automations and settings are stored on your device using Hive.
Cloud: Automations are synced to Google Cloud Firestore (Seoul region) for scheduled execution.
Security: Data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys are stored server-side only.

5. Third-Party Services

Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging)
OpenRouter (AI model routing)
Google Play Billing (subscription payments)

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete all your data by uninstalling the app and requesting account deletion at osu355@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Action Core is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
